Talisa Dever is the Vice President of Revenue and Performance at JVM, where she focuses on optimizing property financial performance and synthesizing both data and strategy into actionable plans to elevate property and portfolio performance. Her role also includes being a pivotal link at the intersection of operations, sales, marketing, and data analytics.

Over the course of her career, Talisa has developed and delivered go-to-market strategies for investment partners, creating strategic blueprints for individual properties and larger market objectives. Prior to joining JVM, Talisa served as Industry Principal of Revenue Management & Data Analytics at RealPage, where she collaborated closely with clients to understand their unique revenue challenges and deliver tailored solutions that elevated financial performance.
