Samantha Jachimczuk

Samantha is the VP of Investor Accounting, where she leads fund administration, investor accounting and reporting for JVM’s investors and advisors, with a strong focus on accuracy, transparency, and compliance.

Samantha has spent a majority of her career working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining JVM in 2016, Samantha worked in public accounting at CBIZ in Chicago, serving real estate clients – primarily within multifamily.
