Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Kevin Villont is our Senior Vice President of Asset Management spearheading our acquisitions department, focusing on class “A” communities in the greater Midwest. Although Kevin’s primary focus is transactions, he also oversees maintenance department operations, capital improvements and risk management for JVM’s assets.

Over the course of his career Kevin continues to develop his teams, ensuring they are well versed in project management, renovations, acquisitions and facilities. During his time at JVM Kevin played an integral part of the portfolio’s transformation to a $1.6 B company through acquisitions, dispositions, and operational strategies. Prior to JVM, Kevin served as a Vice President and successfully developed 22 multifamily and commercial assets while overseeing risk management and new construction development.
