As Chief Financial Officer, Jason Kovich oversees the financial management of JVM Realty, including treasury operations, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Jason has over 25 years of industry experience, including 20 years with JVM. In that time, he has held numerous roles in the industry including Property Manager, Financial Analyst, Director of Systems, Asset Manager, and Controller.

This wide range of experience gives Jason a unique perspective with both depth and breadth of knowledge across functional areas. Jason is a collaborative and innovative leader, and his contributions over the past two decades have been instrumental in the evolution of JVM Realty to the company it is today.
