Drew Kreikemeier

Drew Kreikemeier is the Director of Finance and Fund Management at JVM, where he supports the firm’s finance and capital markets functions. He also oversees fund management, with a focus on fund structuring and formation, portfolio strategy, and investor communications.

Throughout his career, Drew has held finance and investor relations roles across a range of real estate investment structures including public REITs, institutional capital, private equity and family offices. Prior to joining JVM, he served in finance and investor relations leadership roles at Starwood Capital Group, Golub & Company, and Leste Group, where he led real estate financial forecasting and investor communication across diverse fund structures and asset classes, including multifamily, industrial, hospitality, and net-leased investments.
