Delight Merrill is the Senior Vice President of Operations, where she leads the day-to-day operations for JVM’s multifamily portfolio. She surpasses asset expectations by bolstering valuation, providing ample cash flow, optimizing operations, focusing on team engagement, prospect experience, and resident satisfaction. Delight champions the JVM commitment to operate at the highest standards of excellence.

With 22 years’ real estate experience in student and multifamily, Delight excels in operations, developing exceptional professionals and leading properties to success. She is highly skilled in niche products including luxury student housing, co-living, co-working, conventional multifamily, with a penchant for lease ups, and marketing. Prior to JVM, she was the head of multifamily operations at Redwood Residential, a national portfolio of 6,500 market rate units, where she prepared the portfolio to scale with a major merger with EQT-Exeter. 

Delight received her BM degree from The University of Montana and her MM from The University of Colorado, Boulder. She lives the values of the JVM Way by investing in relationships and honoring commitments.
