Senior Vice President of Acquisitions

Craig McGowan is the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at JVM, where he leads the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of acquisition opportunities across the greater Midwest, aligning with JVM’s overall investment strategy. In this role, Craig partners closely with our Operations and Investor Relations teams to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and drive long-term value creation.

Craig brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate investment, with a deep focus on multifamily acquisitions and value-add strategies. Prior to joining JVM, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Albion Residential, where he led all aspects of the company’s multifamily acquisition and value-add efforts. During his tenure at Albion Residential, Craig successfully acquired and repositioned more than 3,000 residential units across the upper Midwest.
