Brian McGinnis

Brian is the Director of Acquisitions at JVM, where he focuses on underwriting and transaction management efforts while supporting deal sourcing, due diligence, and asset management.

Since joining JVM, Brian has played an integral role in more than $900 million in acquisitions, including the growth of JVM’s Wisconsin portfolio to more than 1,200 apartment homes. He has also helped enhance JVM’s acquisitions process by modernizing the company’s underwriting model and creating a more consistent, standardized framework for evaluating and executing transactions.

Prior to joining JVM, Brian worked at PwC, where he supported audit and advisory clients across a broad range of real estate asset classes and markets.
