Steve Meyer

Steve Meyer is the Chief Investment Officer for JVM. He is responsible for managing the equity and debt capital structures of JVM investments and leading property strategies to maximize investor returns. Relationship development with key lenders, ultra-high net worth and institutional investors and Registered Investment Advisors is his focus. 

Prior to joining JVM, Steve enjoyed a financial career at Baxter International serving as Corporate Treasurer for 7 years. He was responsible for the company’s capital structure, foreign exchange and interest rate risk management and defined benefit plan investments. Steve has a degree in economics and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business and is also a CPA.
