Kortney Balas

Kortney Balas is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Services for JVM, where she leads JVM’s technology operations and support team. Kortney’s teams’ focus includes implementations, software application and IT support, cyber security and policy management. 

Over the course of her career, Kortney has served in a variety of roles within the Multifamily Industry- from leasing and property operations to compliance and training. 

The opportunity to experience the industry from multiple business angles has resulted in Kortney’s passion for ensuring positive end-user experiences throughout JVM, since joining in 2012.
