The first three months of 2017 brought JVM honors in the areas of customer satisfaction, conservation and landscaping.
For the fourth year in a row, JVM communities have received recognition in SatisFacts’ National Resident Satisfaction Awards. SatisFacts oversees our customers satisfaction surveys, and we survey customers after initial leasing visits and move ins, as well as after each work order is completed and before renewals.
Based on the resident satisfaction surveys, SatisFacts assigns communities an annual average score ranging from 1 to 5.
The following JVM communities received Exceptional Awards from the company, meaning their average resident satisfaction survey score was 4.5 or higher in 2016:
Additionally, the following communities received Superior Awards because their average resident satisfaction survey score was between 4.0 and 4.49 last year:
“We are honored and excited about these Satisfacts awards,” said Jay Madary, president and CEO of JVM. “One of JVM’s fundamental philosophies is: see everything through the lens of the customer. These honors demonstrate that our associates are doing that and providing top-notch customer service.”
In other news, JVM has received an H2OverAchiever Award from Banyan Water for saving 7.4 million gallons of water in 2016. The savings were achieved in a pilot project at three of our communities through the use of Banyan tracking software and smart technology.
Additionally, The Sovereign, in Overland Park, Kansas, recently received recognition from the Apartment Association of Kansas City. Specifically, the 250-unit community won a Crystal Merit Award for landscaping. The Sovereign is owned by investors in JVM Realty Apartment Fund 5, LLC and JVM Multi-Family Premier Fund, LLC.
