This fall, we at JVM received some extremely rewarding news. For the second straight year, our company has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Multifamily!
Some companies try to be the biggest in their industries, but for over 40 years, JVM has strived to be the best. This is no easy task.
To achieve this, our culture encourages associates to work with a warrior’s spirit, maintain a positive attitude, and lead with a servant’s heart. We have fun while taking care of each other. We are JVM.
JVM supplies our associates with the resources they need to succeed. Every team member receives mentorship, on-the-job coaching, instructor-led courses, and most importantly, clear expectations. We warmly welcome candid feedback – it can only make us better at everything we do. We happily reward the commitment of our associates, not just with a paycheck, but also with the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.
Perhaps most importantly, JVM actively serves not just residents at our communities but the surrounding neighborhoods through a robust Corporate Social Responsibility initiative: “JVM’s Committed to Community” program. This program offers paid time off for associates to serve local charitable organizations as well as corporate gift matching to support the charities that are important to our associates.
