JVM Realty Corporation (JVM) is pleased to announce that Jim Church, the service supervisor at the Enclave at 127th community in Plainfield, Ill., has won a prestigious Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Award.
Specifically, Church won the Chief Engineer/Maintenance Supervisor of the Year Award in the Low-Rise Garden Category. Judging criteria included Church's role in budgeting, resident satisfaction, curb appeal and capital projects.

"The CAMMEs recognize the best of the best, and that's exactly what Jim is. He is a perfect example of the work ethic and values that we build our team around."
As the service supervisor at Enclave at 127th, Church, a 25-year veteran of the multifamily industry, is charged with overseeing every aspect of the maintainance of the community. He also assists Community Manager Cheron Eich in developing and preparing yearly budgets for capital expenses as well as repair and maintenance.
The CAMME Awards (pronounced "cammy"), which are given out by the Chicagoland Apartment Association, honor superior contributions and exemplary achievements in the Chicagoland multifamily housing industry.
