JVM Realty Corporation is dedicated to the educational excellence of all Associates. JVM University was established for the Associates, and will allow each to receive custom job training and the opportunity to earn a degree.
JVM University has partnered with Ball State University to offer an opportunity for Associates to earn a Bachelor or Associate Degree in Residential Property Management, through BSU's Independent Learning Program. These classes are one of the most flexible and convenient ways for non-traditional students to earn college credit. All classes are on-line allowing students to pursue an educational program while earning a living or caring for a family. Students may enroll in courses anytime during the year and select 9-month and/or 10-week Fast-Track curriculum.
Associates may complete the following degrees through the Independent Learning Program:
- Associate in General Arts
- Associate in Science in Business Administration-Management
- Bachelor of General Studies (BGS)
