JVM Realty Corporation (JVM) is a privately held real estate investment and management company established in 1975. JVM is a recognized company with over 200 employees and a portfolio of over 7,000 apartment units.
The primary focus of JVM is to acquire, add value, and eventually sell apartment complexes located throughout the Midwestern United States. Typical properties consist of 200 to 600 living units and are located in suburban areas with convenient access to transportation and major retail. JVM forms investment groups to purchase these properties.
JVM Realty's corporate office is located in Oak Brook, Illinois. Since JVM actively manages all properties in its portfolio, the corporate office in large part is dedicated to performing bookkeeping and accounting functions for out of state offices. Each apartment community has its own management office consisting of a property manager, leasing specialist(s), maintenance, and cleaning personnel. Tenant occupancy and financial information is exchanged daily between the corporate and offsite offices.
